After our Technicians have confirmed a fault with your machine, and devised a clear solution to resolve the fault, we issue a quote and a time-frame for the repair to be completed.
After the quote has been accepted, we proceed with the repair and carry out all work outlined in the quote. Depending on the fault/s this may take up to 3 business days to complete. Most repairs are carried out the same day the quote is accepted.
